From timber selection to final dispatch - every J.K. Corporation product passes through a controlled process under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system.
Logs and veneers are sourced from reliable suppliers and inspected for grade, density and moisture content.
Moisture is brought down to 8-12% in our kiln to prevent warping, cupping and dimensional change.
Timber is sawn, planed and graded to customer specification. Plywood veneers are matched and laid up.
Plywood and block board panels are pressed under heat with phenolic/MR resins per the grade ordered.
Each batch is checked for thickness, density, glue bond and surface finish before being released.
Edge-sealing, strapping and ISPM-15 treatment (where required), then loaded for delivery across India.
